How can I track my Pink Foundry order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also monitor your status through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
Are TPF products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are formulated with high-quality, dermatologically tested ingredients designed to be gentle yet effective. However, we always recommend a patch test before full application.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare items.
Does The Pink Foundry test on animals?
No, we are a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the product development process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How long does shipping typically take?
