  Our skincare experts will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards.

  Package and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to send the package back to our warehouse.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After we receive your items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement product within 5-7 business days.
